Residential Sectional Doors are available in widths up to 6m and in height up to 3m. Low lift system is only available for this type. Operator is a ceiling motor.

Advantages: updated low headroom lift type design; reduced requirements to headroom and side room clearances: 100 mm of headroom clearance for manually operated door and 135 mm clearance for automatically operated door; reliability and ease of installation.

Balancing mechanism: a special double spring system positioned vertically along the mounting angles on both sides of the door opening. Zinc-coated springs are designed for 25 000 operation cycles.

Opening Clearances for Residential Sectional Doors

Measurements

W – width of opening (distance from left side of opening to right side).

H – height of opening (distance from floor to top of opening).

h – lintel space available (distance from top of opening to the building height). Minimum of 0.15m for RSD01 and 0.25m for RSD02.

D – depth of room (distance from front to back wall). Minimum required is approximately H + 500 for Low Lift.

b1 & b2 – distance from edge of opening to side wall. Minimum of 0.1 for RSD01 and 0.12m for RSD02, both sides.
